Perform below steps on Fortigate unit and attach to the ticket -

  get sys performance status
  get hardware status
 
  get router info routing de
  diag deb app cw_acd -1
  
 diagnose sys wireless
 diagnose debug application cw_acd 0x7ffff
 diagnose debug application cw_wtpd 0x7ffff  
  diag deb en
 
diagnose sniff packet any “port 5246” 6 100
