After watching Captain America Civil War yesterday I had Nandos for dinner in Belmont Shopping Centre. What impressed me was when I tried the brand new Dyson Air Blade Tap in their newly renovated washrooms. I rarely get impressed with bathroom fitouts until I visited Japan but this is probably the next best invention yet.
As usual it doesn't take any user invention to run the water from the tap. Water starts to flow when the sensor sees your hand right under the tap. In Asia you usually see big floor fans in public toilet to keep the floor dry because users with wet hands (when they wash their hands) needs to walk to another wall to dry them. Since nobody cares water just drips on the floor and I will put money down that a few patrons have fallen over from a slip.
The new Dyson Air Blade Tap combination is genius, you wash your hands and dry your hands at the same spot!
